(2002-10-11) Transclusion

Marc Barrot is implementing Transclusion in the browser, in outlining mode (JavaScript code). Kinda interesting, but not quite sure yet... I'd almost have the other page in a tab (using Mozilla), and have that remembered while it's open so that if I click on the link again it jumps to that tab rather than reloading...
