An email from Chris Dent inspired some thoughts about writing/reading documents online - see the end of Object Browser. Relates to CoOutlining, Transclusion, Active Renderer, Wiki And Outlining, OSAF, Structured Writing, Hierarchal Structure, EMail, Group Discussion, HyperText, Open Hyperdocument System, etc. Ouch.
