Dave Winer says a Microsoft exec said that MsFrontPage will support WebLog creation in the future. Dave is rightly skeptical, like with the more official announcement this past week that their DotNet Community tool "could be used to build a weblog".

Maybe MSN will run an RSS aggregator ASP.
