(2003-03-07) Cooking Steak

Cooking Of The Day: Steak Pizzaiola, from Cooks Illustrated. I cheated and used a jar of sauce, though I added fresh onions and other stuff. Since the steak only gets Pan Fried, it was quite red inside. The end result was delicious.

Also broiled asparagus instead of sauteeing, which was also really good.
