(2003-03-20) Mark Pilgrim Xhtml2

Despite his recent experiences ([z2002-12-28-Mark PilgrimHtmlTags]), Mark Pilgrim is encouraging people to start on the road to XHTML v2. Unfortunately his solution requires using mod_rewrite or the alternative to deliver different MIME-types to different browsers. Boy, does that smell wrong... (see comments esp #13)
