(2003-05-11) Expanded Wikiwords Deployed

I got tired of trying to play with all the changes in the underlying Zwiki codebase, so I just re-implemented Expanding Wiki Words on the old code. It's now turned on. Do you think this style advances Spreading Wikiweblog?
