(2003-05-15) Udell Lucene Email

Jon Udell is experimenting with using Python (actually Jython) and Lucene to index MsOutlook EMail messages (which he thinks gives some advantage over the Zoe model: The problem with using Zoe for search is that it sees my messages before my MsOutlook filters can move them into folders and before SpamBayes can separate the ham from the spam.). He's since discovered LuPy - I wonder whether he'll re-implement?
