(2003-05-21) Expanding Exceptions

Had some ideas for adding a rule or two to refine the Expanding Wiki Words code. See its "Exceptions handling" section. Will try to implement some in the next day or two...

OK, I couldn't wait... I've made it so that a WikiWord with 7 or fewer total chars doesn't get expanded - Wiki, WebLog, Python, Zope, Google, Mozilla, Free Link. Problem for people with short names - Tim Bray vs Dave Winer.
