Jon Udell has been playing with Semi Structured Data and documents: authoring in XHTML (which is XML), storing in an XML-native Data Store, querying/modifying via XPath and XSLT, syndicating XHTML via RSS, etc. So far I'm not seeing a big juicy payback to the process...
