(2003-11-02) End Presidential Pardons

The kids were watching The Sword In The Stone today, which reminded me of The Once And Future King, which reminded me of the idea of pardons, and the USA practice of the Presidential Pardon. And how much that's been abused. And that there is a big potential for some egregious pardons of the current round of White House maniacs. Is it time for a consideration for eliminating or constraining the practice (e.g. Judicial Review)?
