(2003-11-25) R S S2 Support

I've added an RSS v2 feed to the existing v0.9x. Both 'link' tags are there for Auto Discovery.

• The v2 isn't strictly valid because the spec wants an email address as an item 'author' value, which doesn't map well to the Wiki world.

• The v2 has a bit of content from the blogbit-type pages (just the raw Structured Text, which is probably ugly but usable for now), and the lastEdit comment from true-wiki pages.

Any feedback on whether the v2 breaks your reader would be appreciated.
