(2004-02-11) Blogger Atom Not Rss

Rogers Cadenhead is looking into Google's Blogger supporting Atom (Echo Standards) without RSS. (RSS had been available, but only to Blogger Pro customer, and that service was discontinued; but those bloggers can continue to use RSS.) Why doesn't Google explain their action?
