I might put more stress on justifying the real ROI of "managing" context at the enterprise level, given things like: a large computer networking company found that it required three years to roll out a new website design across all its departments and websites. Before they could finish, the organization had undergone significant changes that needed to be reflected in a new site design. Did all those departments and websites really need to be tied into a single design?
