Brian Micklethwait copies an article about a new chain of Private School-s called New Model School-s being started in London by Think Tank Civitas, charging less than half the typical annual rate. Civitas insists it will not be a "crammer" and will instead emphasise music, art and PE, subjects that Ofsted inspectors have said are often squeezed out of the national curriculum. (Educating Kids)
