(2004-06-22) Space Ship One

Space Ship One made it into space yesterday. Buzz Aldrin was there. I wonder how the NASA folks feel?

I'm not sure how applicable any of these technologies would be to real-space launch, but it beats the hell out of Spectator Sports and Reality Tv. Between this and the Grand Challenge, it's a good year for techies.
