(2004-06-30) Friendster From Java To Php

Friendster has switched from Java/JSP to PHP. It would be nice to find some detailed insider-info about what they felt was the key factor in the change. (They should have used Python of course.)

Update: Bill De Hora has opinions on this. Java doesn't seem to be designed with multi-user environments in mind. LAMP solutions do.
