(2004-08-24) Keyboard Music Entry

Weird idea Of The Day (thought of this years ago but never wrote it down) (already implemented)? I wonder whether it would be handy to use your computer Keyboard as a way to "play" (or just enter) music. Map Q to C, 2 to C#, W to D, etc then do a 2nd row (for a 2nd octave) mapping Z to C, S to C#, X to D, etc. (or maybe you shift over a couple letters since you have more than 8 across, and that would maybe allow you to work 2 hands at the same time without tripping over youself as much? Even if you have a MIDI keyboard I'm sure there must be moments... Just a thought...
