Rather than wearily plug themsevles into the "feelies" of Leisure and Entertainment (so thoughtfully enabled by the current government), the player's mentality is to be in the world (Engagement), testing out possible schemes and initiatives with others, literally "playing their part" in the drama of a community or city.
