Josh Marshall is helping accumulate name of congressman who supported the Voice Vote for the "De Lay Rule" allowing Tom De Lay to keep his position even if he is indicted.

The Public Campaign Action Fund [has](http://ga3.org/campaign/De Lay Rule) a petition for you to sign calling for a non-Voice Vote repeat of the vote to put congressmen on the record.
