(2005-09-30) Evoting For Congress

I think EVoting should first be applied on the floor of the US Congress. That way, there's not the same excuse for:

• voice votes (which leave no trail)

• over-bundling of bills - no more Omnibus/Rid Er/EarMark bullshit. Let's see who's willing to put their name next to the single Highway To Nowhere project in the Highway Bill.
