M Plat makes a Flash Drive (Flash Phone, Skype Stick) with a HeadSet that you can load VoIP software onto (not Yahoo, but GoogleTalk, Skype, and others), then you can just plug it into anyone's DeskTop and make calls. For only $40 for a 128MB version? Wow, if I see some positive real reviews online I'm definitely going to buy this, and maybe use it in our office for some people...

Ugh, I bet none of these support MacOs X yet, so I could use it at work, but not at home.
