Howard continues: The concept that Innovation, lasting change and real impact comes from a determination to make the solutions incredibly simple for others to put into action is an extremely powerful one. How much time are your sales and Marketing teams focusing on simplifying? Think about that when you consider why your latest "ground breaking" proposal was met with fear and/or inaction... How could simplify your service or product to the point that "real people under stress" could instantly take action with little effort?
