(2006-02-25) Surowiecki Job Stability

James Surowiecki says job durations haven't shortened, but rather that other forms of instability/uncertainty have grown. (Job Market, Pension, HealthCare) I wonder whether some of those studies are lagging indicators, since they're covering older employees.
