Eugene Eric Kim was one of a number of bloggers that met with the CIA last month to talk about Collaboration and other things. In this latest post Eugene noted that one benefit was to kick-off formation of a Community Of Practice within the CIA because people who didn't know about each other's interests met each other at this session.
