Steve Urquhart, State Representative in Utah, is using Public Wiki-s to (a) get input on pending legislation from citizens, and (b) using it internally as chairman of the Rules Committee to get input from other congressmen on managing that process. EGov!

Feb update: he used the process to help get a School Vouchers bill passed. (One that doesn't even take any money from the Public School-s that kids leave - does that mean taxes go up?)
