EMusic announced in December that they'd sold 100million DRM-free tunes.

The RIAA has even started talking about backing away from DRM (though I'm not sure whether that's only based on a blanket MP3 Player license fee like the Blank Tape royalty).

Now Steve Jobs says the labels should embrace DRM-free music because it's technologically inevitable.
