(2007-02-22) Google Apps Premier
GoogleApps now has a Premier edition. For $50 per account per year, you get the whole GoogleApps package plus many new business-oriented features, including access to our API-s and partner solutions (so it's easy to integrate with existing systems), conference room scheduling for Calendar, 10GB of inbox storage, extended business hours phone support, and mobile access to your email on Blackberry devices (just in case you can't get enough at the office).
Update: [In](http://www.infoworld.com/article/07/02/23/H Ngooglefuture_1.html?source=NLC-SOA&cgd=2007-03-01) its press announcement and in an interview with a Google executive, Dave Giroud, vice president and general manager of the Enterprise Unit, Google made it clear that it will offer API-s for business integration, thus creating a business Platform not unlike what SalesforceCom offers with App Exchange... Both Ava Ya and Post Ini participated in the Google announcement on Thursday saying they would develop a "variety of solutions" based on Google's APIs. Included among those third-party applications will be EMail gateways, enhanced security, Calendar synchronization, and VoIP integration between Avaya and GoogleTalk.
