(2007-03-01) Ceder Teaching Python

Vern Ceder [gave](http://tech.canterburyschool.org/tech/Vern Ceder) a PyCon talk on teaching Computer Programming to (High School) kids. He uses a LiveWires package which provides an easy interface to the TkInter graphics library and to the PyGame games library.

I think he gave a similar talk last year.
