Mark Nottingham on various niggly issues among the ReST community. An interesting post-comment about URI design: Many of the considerations are practical (e.g., will it work with relative URIs? Will it be cacheable? Is it extensible?), not theoretical, but people seem very inclined to focus on the theory.
