(2007-10-05) Zope Performance Cache

My IMeme-hosted Zope/Zwiki is often really slow.

• hmm, have to be precise. I think the slowness is just in saving changes.

It always takes less than a week for the ZODB to grow from 85MB to 175MB. So I keep packing.

Cache settings

• list: number of objects in the database; number of objects in all caches; Target Size; Target max time

• Oct05 start: 51262, 39797, 18000, 120

• Oct05 new values: x, x, 12000, 60

• Oct22: 51602, 25773; have been having real stability problems for the past week, so going to 18000/120 to see what happens...
