(2007-11-02) Modern Imap

Philip Van Hoof on the benefits of certain "modern" IMAP features for reducing Band-Width use (good for Mobile users). He has built the Tiny Mail client framework to take advantage of this, and hopes to convince more server developers to include such features in their IMAP servers.
