The Wire team supports Jury Nullification as a tool against the War On Drugs. In cities where police agencies commit the most resources to arresting their way out of their drug problems, the arrest rates for Violent Crime - murder, rape, aggravated assault - have declined (Crime Rate).

This post points out you don't really get a chance, because jurors are pre-filtered to prevent nullification (just like they filter out people who are against the Death Penalty, if that's a possible outcome).
