Fred Wilson on investing in the DisQus Blog Comment service. DisQus was a Y-Combinator Start Up.

If 2 blog posts are about the same "topic" (how precisely/narrowly would you define that), and both those blogs are using DisQus, can/should those Blog Thread-s be merged in some way? Does DisQus become a Virtual Community of its own?

Corollary: a single post can have discussions popping up all over the place. I Commented to note: remember when we thought Technorati would aggregate those Blog Thread-s? Maybe Google Reader or Google Blog Search will pick that up...
