Twitter is having problems again. The day before the Pennsylvania primary, argh.

Robert Scoble thinks that they're at risk of handing lots of users to FriendFeed. (And momentum for an Open Twitter?) Mike Arrington thinks they have such Network Effect Lock-In they have nothing to worry about.
