(2008-06-24) Ms Healthvault Openid Gated

Microsoft is using OpenID for its HealthVault service, but only accepting such IDs from a couple providers. That seems reasonable (Verisign and Trust Bearer). Some commenters at Simon Willison's thread wonder whether these accepted providers are really any better that a bunch of others. Will we see slotting fees?
