Gn Ip plans to be a hub for Publish And Subscribe updates. This would allow more Real Time services to be based on Twitter.

Jul18 update: Twitter is working with them.

Oct update: people still want Real Time Track. Other than catching mentions of your own name, is this a reasonable goal for this medium?
