(2008-12-05) Aws3 Free Wireless Vote

Kevin Martin has been championing a model of the government providing nationwide WiFi (or some other Broad Band WireLess) free (in the AWS3 spectrum). The proposal includes Censorship of content, though possibly with an Opt-Out for the consumer.

It is expected to be voted on by at the Dec18 FCC meeting.
