(2008-12-15) San Fran Homeless Residency Test

San Francisco is considering prioritizing its Homeless services to those who have been city residents for awhile. A survey of 136 families taken this year by the Department of Human Services' Connecting Point program found that 63 percent were not from San Francisco.
