(2008-12-18) Cancel Netflix

Just cancelled NetFlix - we get more value from our DVR. Cancelled just before when the monthly charge happened.

Dec22 update: hmm, videos keep coming. Checked online status, and I was charged again. Apparently, the online-cancel didn't go through (did I miss a last Confirm button?).

Called customer service. They refunded this last charge. I still have 7 days to return the latest videos that came. Good service, I'll probably go back sometime (this isn't the first time we've cancelled, then returned).
