(2009-01-13) Bbc Web As Cms

The BBC thinks of the web as 1 big CMS. For instance, they'll often link to and edit Wikipedia pages, rather than building their own fork of information. They even use external-reference URI bits for their own URI-s. And they're experimenting with using Wikipedia pages as a Shared Vocabulary/Tagsonomy.
