(2009-02-27) Post Office Stamp Machines Going Away

My local Post Office recently removed its Stamp Machine-s. So now you have to wait in line to buy a book of stamps. Arggh. This seems like banks getting rid of ATM-s.

This decision was made back in 2006.

You can order stamps from the Postal Service online. Do they charge shipping? Yes, and handling. Though supposedly ordering by phone has no charge...

I'll have to check my Grocery Store soon.

Ooh, I didn't know the Liberty Bell Forever Stamp (which says Forever right on it) can be used forever.
