(2009-04-15) Himss Emr Adoption Session

At HIMSS I attended a semi-interesting session discussion a particular implementation of an EMR, focused on getting full adoption by physicians. For me, the 2 key things they did were

• have a Shared Vocabulary about stages of Change acceptance

• tracked progress of each physician (One To One) through the stages.

That's a lot of work.
