(2009-05-29) Winer Twitter Disqus Mashup

Dave Winer is working on an interesting MashUp of Twitter and DisQus to spin tweets into Discussion Forum threads, to escape the 140char limit. And he's aiming to have short URI-s for each thread, too (though he should really drop the suffix to save 5chars).
