(2010-08-23) Wikileaks Rape Charge
Julian Assange, head of WikiLeaks, was charged with multiple counts of rape, then the charges were withdrawn.
It seems too-coincidental that this comes up while he's applied for a Swedish visa, awaiting approval.
Update: more info and links.
Aug29: more.

Sept16 Counter Punch piece - Julian Assange now stands accused of: (1) not calling a young woman the day after he had enjoyed a night with her, (2) asking her to pay for his bus ticket, (3) having unsafe sex, and (4) participating in two brief affairs in the course of one week.
Sept26 update - more, esp on complainant Anna Ardin and other Conspiracy Theory variations. (Don't forget the Spaghetti Theory Of Conspiracy.)
Dec01: Swedish prosecutors have issued an international and European arrest warrant (EAW) (through Inter Pol) for him in connection with rape allegations, and the warrant has been upheld by a Swedish appeal court.
