(2010-09-09) Apple Loosening Third Party App Rules

Apple Computer announced that it's loosening its rules about third-party development systems for the IPhone/etc. It sounds like Adobe Flash is now allowed. But an app can't download code and then execute it. (Does this affect auto-update functions?)

It's also trying to make the ITunes AppStore rules more transparent.
