• Stage 1 – Financial collapse – is guaranteed to happen

• Stage 2 – Commercial collapse – is guaranteed to happen. Rate and depth of collapse may vary. (esp around Cheap Oil)

• Stage 3 – Political collapse – is guaranteed to happen. Local politics will matter most.

• Stage 4 – Social collapse – is guaranteed to happen wherever society is utterly dependent on finance, commerce, or government.

• Stage 5 – Cultural collapse – has already run its course for some parts of society. But dire circumstances can catalyze positive changes
