(2010-11-28) Food Safety Modernization Bill

Michael Pollan and Eric Schlosser support the (S.510) FDA Food Safety Modernization bill. But after being passed by the House of Representatives more than a year ago with strong bipartisan support, the legislation has been stuck in the Senate.

• there's some discussion about exempting (via Jon Tester's amendment) tiny Locavore players.

Nov30 update: passed in Senate. Back to House?
