Silk Road is an anonymous Market. It uses BitCoin for Currency and TOR for anonymity. Currently it's being used mainly for drugs. Gee drugs and money, the US government won't be bothered by that at all. The goods-seller is pretty safe, but the buyer has to give a physical address to take delivery, so he's totally at risk of a sting. Its terms of service ban the sale of “anything who’s purpose is to harm or defraud, such as stolen credit cards, assassinations, and weapons of mass destruction.”... Silk Road cuts down on scams with a reputation-based trading system familiar to anyone who’s used Amazon or EBay (Reputation Management)...
