(2011-07-26) Maurya Adding Features Past Mvp

Ash Maurya shows the process his team uses for building features beyond the MVP. (They use Kanban for tracking. He also shares lots of his Project Management Software tools.) We clearly state the current macro metric (AARRR) we want to achieve at the top which helps prioritize what we work on... Only if the feature demonstrates a positive impact on the macro metric within a reasonable time window, does it stay in the app. Otherwise it is killed and removed. I Commented: So months could pass and your software would still end up back at MVP because nothing you built moved the needle, right?
