BlackBoard bought MoodleRooms and Net Spot, 2 Moodle service/hosting/consulting companies.

Is student data analytics going to be the future real revenue stream for BlackBoard? Yet another reason for moving more toward a PLE. (Though the LMS will still be important from the professor-push side, I suppose. Though I think the stuff that an LMS makes easy are mainly the stupid parts of the teaching-machine.)
